User Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated August 10, 2026
Top Table does not yet have a self-service whole-account deletion button. Account deletion requests are verified and processed manually.
Request deletion of your Top Table cloud account
- Email fz.demandred@gmail.com with the subject Top Table data deletion request.
- Include your Top Table username and the email address or sign-in provider connected to the account. Do not send your password, recovery answer, OAuth code, or session token.
- Say whether you also want Top Table's private Google Drive app data deleted. Keep Drive connected until that part of the request is confirmed, or use the in-app Drive deletion step below first.
- Top Table will reply with the minimum account-control check needed to prevent someone else from deleting your account, then confirm the request's status after verification.
After verification, applicable Top Table cloud account, authentication, session, invitation, membership, playtime, campaign, and hosted-file records will be removed. A limited table-ownership marker may be retained to prevent an old invite code being reassigned, and records may be retained where required for security, integrity, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Delete Top Table data from Google Drive
While signed in, open the Campaign storage controls, choose Disconnect Google Drive, enable Delete Top Table data from Google Drive, and choose Delete data and disconnect. This removes only files in that Top Table account's private Google Drive app-data storage. Disconnecting with Keep data and disconnect, signing out, or becoming inactive does not delete those files.
Delete copies stored on your device
Delete campaigns and files inside Top Table where those controls are available. To remove all remaining local copies, clear Top Table's site data in the browser or remove the Top Table application data from each desktop device. Email support cannot remotely erase local files or another participant's copy of content that was already shared.
Meta sign-in: If you used Meta to sign in, include “Meta” and the Top Table username in your email. Never send your Meta password. Removing Top Table from Meta's connected-app settings stops future Meta authorization but does not by itself identify which Top Table cloud account should be deleted.
